rain played havoc with the game, with neither side able to string
passes together or get into any paten of play. The Roosters adapted
better to the conditions to capitalize on a mistake in each half by
the Hawks to take the points in a match that had no bearing on the
finals with the Hawks reserve grade side having wrapped up second
spot the previous week.
